I had bought the Gut Alive but didn't start taking them until I had a flare up that literally put me out of commission. i couldn't eat, I was nauseous all the time and I was so weak that all I could do was stay in bed. My doctor recommended the product and I remembered that I had some so I began taking it. Within a couple of weeks I was feeling much better and and month and a half later I am almost back to normal. I did take another gut health supplement as well but all I can say is that I feel 100% better now. Thank you Gut Alive!
