I've used Vision Alive (now Vision Alive Max) for almost three years now. I never miss a dose because I've gone from having to use eye drops several times a day, plus ointment at night for dry eyes to using only drops once a day. At the same time I visited my optometrist for the dry eye, I was also told I have macular degeneration. At my last visit in November, my doctor told me that the MD still has not progressed. I believe it's because of the Vision Alive (not the doctor's words, but my belief).
