I always try to consistently take 2 pills per day. My night vision is greatly improved and my sensitivity to lights at night is much better. I've been taking Vision Alive and Vision alive MAX for 3 or 4 years. I lost much of my vision due to an adverse reaction to some prescribed drops. I believe Vision Alive has both stopped the regression and helped to improve my ability to continue my accounting career and my ability to drive. When I first started taking Vision Alive, I couldn't see the outlined of small boxes I needed to check when doing taxes and that is no longer the case. I can read out loud without hesitation, since I can see the words more clearly. Thank you for this product.
