I have just about finished my first bottle of gut alive and ordered one more. I want to give it an honest try. It has been helping my acid reflux, using less ppi's. I am sensitive to everything so stated with a half of pill a day. I tried one pill for a few days when I started, but I got a headache so I went to a half and it is fine, I want to gradually increase and see. So far I'm happy with the product, I've tried everything and anything for 20 years to no avail. I am hopeful this product will help. Thank you
