I started my gut alive on July 30...and i am just starting to feel a bit better on august 18th altho i do the prescribed regimen of 2 per day. Pants are feeling a bit loser, don't have to elevate my bed as far, do not feel as bloated and i wish i had a full 60 days before i have to decide about keeping or returning.
