I saw an improvement with my eyes after just a few days. I now have been taking this for a few months and couldn't be more pleased. It used to be my eyes started hurting in the early or late evening every day and I would have to immediately put in more eye drops (I always do eye drops in the morning and eye ointment before bed.) Now depending on how much I have strained my eyes during the day there are many evenings I don't have to do eye drops and even if I do it is not because they are hurting just overly dry. I love that what I am taking is natural ingredients, that is what sold me on this product in the 1st place.
