I use this product twice a day for my IBS and it really helps me a lot. it is much better than other products that I have tried for it which didn't help at all. I recommend this product to others who have digestive problems like IBS or other problems that cause problems like diarrhea or other things too. Diet is very important in dealing with IBS too but that cannot give you total satisfaction with dealing with it.
