I am taking 1 Vision Alive with breakfast every day for the last 19 days for extremely dry eyes. My eyes are definitely less dry now than before. I am also drinking a lot of water every day, probably 2 gallons of water a day. Whenever my eyes start to feel dry, I drink one quart of water. I hope I can reduce the water drinking soon. I will try taking 2 Vision Alive a day to see if that helps.
