My inflamed joints need all the help possible. When I first took Joints Alive, I noticed a big improvement. As I've continued, discomfort has resurfaced at times, but probably not to the extent that it was initially. Since it's the only product I have found to give some relief, I continue to take it----believing that if I stopped, I'd be in greater pain.
