I'm 73, and have vitreomacular traction and cataracts. My doctor is putting off cataract surgery for now, the cataracts aren't effecting my vision that much yet. I started taking these vitamins about a year ago after these conditions were diagnosed. Now my eyes are in a stable state and he told me to come back next year, so I'm glad it didn't get worse. It's hard to know if the vitamins are responsible for that but I will keep taking them for now.
