I have been taking this product once at night for many years. I also take one AREDS-2 each morning. I see a retinal specialist twice a year and my AMD has remained dry. My optometrist still gives me the OK to keep driving, but to be extra careful at twilight or night - maybe even restrict my driving for daylight only. At 89 I really don't know how much value this product is giving me. But as long as there's a degree of stability in my macular degeneration, I will continue this regimen.
