the stars above this box indicate 4 plus a tip--but I would give this product and HolisticHealth Labs a 10 star rating...the company and thier customer care crew went beyond my expectations....I needed to change my subscription plan..since it was on a weekend, I chose to write an email...to my surprise I received a response within 10 minutes of sending the query(on a sunday afternoon yet!!)... the change to my shipping and billing perameters were done immediatley...I didn't even expect anyone to respond today much less on a Sunday!! so KUDOS to John in customer care you did his job(which in this day and age is rare and much appreciated) as for the product, I have been taking Vision Alive Max for over two yrs and recently had appt with my eye doc...bottom line...cataracts are at a standstill...no more deterioration...and no need to consider the dreaded Cat Surgery!! going forward I plan to continue using this gift of nature for the foreseeable future...Well Done Holistic Health Labs!!
