I've been taking this product for a few years. I take it once a day in the evening. I also take one Preservision each morning. So far, my DRY AMD hasn't progressed to WET. Since this product is a preventative, it's impossible to attribute the AMD condition anything specific. Of course, I will continue to take it faithfully.
